TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE LAREDO FIRST ASSEMBLY

QUINCE RENTAL AGREEMENT

RESERVATIONS AND RETAINERS:

Reservations for Laredo First Assembly are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis only, with

constraints upon availability, time and nature of rental. A signed rental agreement and non refundable retainer are required to reserve a date. Event date is not confirmed until the Renter has completed and signed the Rental Agreement and has electronically paid the retainer to Laredo First Assembly. The balance of the rental fee is due no later than thirty (30) days in advance of the rental date.

CLEANING, TRASH, AND EQUIPMENT REMOVAL:

Laredo First Assembly will be in a clean condition prior to your event. Within two (2) hours following the event, all rental equipment must be removed from the event space.

 

LOST AND FOUND:

Laredo First Assembly takes no responsibility for personal effects and possessions left on premises during or after any event. We do, however, maintain a lost and found and will hold recovered items up to 30 days. Every attempt will be made to return any recovered item to its rightful owner.

 

RENTAL CHAIRS, TABLES, AND OTHER EQUIPMENT:

Renter may, with the prior written consent of Laredo First Assembly, rent chairs, tables, equipment or decorations other than those already present in the building for the event. The Renter shall be solely responsible for use of any such third party rentals and shall promptly remove any such additional chairs, tables or other equipment at the end of the rental period.

SITE DECORATION:

Laredo First Assembly wants to make every event a special and welcome experience. Therefore every effort will be made to allow Renter to prepare decorations reflecting their creative requirements. No nails, screws, tape, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors. Confetti, rice, or glitter are not allowed on site. Please use only artificial candles or candles in glass containers. Any damage will be charged after your event.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

Laredo First Assembly hereby acknowledges that Renter has read this rental agreement and will comply in all respects with the terms and conditions contained herein. Renter shall be jointly and severally liable for each provision of this agreement.
