Turkeys on the Table is a local outreach by Laredo First Assembly with a heartfelt initiative aimed at spreading the spirit of Thanksgiving to those in need within our local community. The church collects donations of traditional Thanksgiving meal items, including turkeys, mashed potatoes, vegetables, and bread, to compile complete meal bags. On the Sunday before Thanksgiving, church members dedicate their afternoon to hand-delivering these meal bags to families in need. Along with the meals, they offer prayers and words of encouragement, ensuring that each recipient feels valued and supported during this special time of year.
